Watertown, S.D.— (January 22, 2015) — Terex Utilities has named Jonathan Harlan as the Director of Customer Responsiveness. In this role, Harlan is responsible for the technical service, parts and warranty teams working to ensure that Terex Utilities is meeting its customers’ expectations for service and support. Harlan will be based at the Terex Utilities facilities in Watertown, S.D.

Before joining Terex, Harlan held various positions in procurement, material logistics, strategic sourcing and program management at Bombardier Learjet, where he worked for nearly 19 years. He has extensive experience with product development, new program and product launches from concept through to Entry Into Service (EIS). Harlan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University.
