ON THE SITE

Hard at work in the demo area will be the new J45 feeding the tough, robust R155 screener, designed to cope with the heaviest of applications and the TS4065 stacking conveyor for stockpiling the 2

material. The J45’s true 45″ x 27″ jaw, with both level and load sensors, ensures the most efficient material handling across applications.

The J45 boasts a 14′-10.2″ x 7′-3/4″ hopper with close to 9 cubic yards (6.8m3) capacity. The 5′ x10′ Screenbox features McCloskey “High Energy” technology, with adjustable speed. Rugged and versatile, the J45 has undergone rigorous field-testing to ensure the reliability required for the toughest projects around the globe.

Also tough and robust, the J45 will feed into the McCloskey R155 High Energy Screener, designed to cope with the heaviest of applications. With a 155 ft2 of screening area across the High Energy Screenbox ““ the largest in its class ““ the R155 has impressed across many operations including primary crusher circuits, site reclamation, construction and demolition waste, heavy rock, sticky clay and fines, and boulder clay.

Taking on the material produced by the R155, the high capacity TS4065 stacker features a large hopper, full-length guarding, an easily accessible engine bay, an impact section under the feed boot and an adjustable feed boot height. As is the case with all McCloskey stackers, the TS4065 features a setback design for maximum stockpiling.

Hillhead 2014 is seen as the perfect opportunity for McCloskey International to show, and as importantly to demonstrate, products from each of their ranges ““ crushers, screeners and stackers. McCloskey representatives and dealers will be on hand to discuss the products on display and in the demo area, and live demonstrations of the equipment will be held hourly across from the stand.

Over the past twelve months McCloskey International has continued to add new international dealers across all regions to represent the number of new products that were added to the company’s portfolio. Many of these dealers will be attending Hillhead 2014, and visitors will be able to connect with them during the show and after.
