Tony Croy
Troy, MI – Tony Croy has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, NAFTA, he is responsible for TMD’s business units in NAFTA including all commercial, engineering and manufacturing operations serving TMD’s OE and replacement part friction business in Canada, Mexico and the USA.
Croy has more than 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked for TMD Friction as Managing Director in Dublin, VA, responsible for TMD’s US Production Operations for automotive and commercial vehicles.
In 2009, he transferred with TMD to Mexico as Managing Director for the manufacturing plant in Queretaro, MX. This plant produces automotive and commercial vehicle products for the United States, Canadian, Mexican, European, Central American & Australian markets.

Fabio Jurchaks
Troy, MI – Fabio Jurchaks has been promoted to Director of Sales & Engineering, NAFTA. Fabio is responsible for the commercial, marketing and engineering organization and activities servicing TMD’s OE, OES and replacement part friction business in Canada and the USA.
Jurchaks has more than 13 years of experience in the heavy duty and automotive industry. Prior to TMD Friction Jurchaks has held key leadership positions within the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, most recently as Business Development Manager, responsible to plan and execute the OE and Aftermarket growth strategy.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil; and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, Detroit.
Jurchaks reports to Tony Croy, Managing Director, TMD NAFTA.
